I have added two more domains. Through 2007, the Romanian currency has been appreciating against US Dollar, Euro and Pound, providing additional growth potential for investors in Romanian property assets. Also, the real estate division for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) of the General Electric giant, GE Real Estate, and Helios Phoenix, a joint venture between the British real estate investor Helios Properties and the Phoenix Real Estate developer, will invest €175 million in warehouses and distribution development in Romania.
